Ordering
Stock: Are all items in stock?
Although we do our utmost to keep the stock on the website up to date, this unfortunately does not always work. It is possible that a product was sold in our store or that the product was part of a package of other products. Unfortunately, our website does not always know this automatically, so that a product appears to be in stock when this is not the case.
In those cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.
I have ordered and would like to add an item to my order
This is of course possible, provided the change is passed on before your order has the status ‘shipped’. You simply place a new order via our website and choose ‘pick up’ as the shipping method. In that case, no shipping costs will be charged. Mention with your order that it should be merged with another order.
Order on account
Ordering on account is possible for companies and schools. Please contact us for this.
Payment
Customers from the Netherlands pay via iDeal, bank transfer or on the basis of payment on collection.
Our iDeal payments are handled by Mollie.nl
Customers from Belgium have the option to pay via Bancontact or bank transfer.
Customers from all other countries in the world can pay by bank transfer.
It is also possible to pay via Paypal. The (extra) transaction costs for this amount to 2% of the purchase amount incl. shipping costs . Would you like to make use of this? Let us know by email.
Shipping
Within the Netherlands, your order above 150.00 is free of shipping costs.
Below the purchase amount of € 150, the shipping costs within the Netherlands are at least € 4.95. This amount applies to orders that fit through the letterbox. On items that are larger and do not fit through letterbox, the shipping rate for parcel shipment applies (€ 6.95).
PostNL services are used for shipping.
You only pay shipping costs, no additional handling or administration costs. There are no minimum order amounts.
Delivery by PostNL
Your order will be presented twice by the postman (or delivered to the neighbors). Your order will then go to the nearest post office for collection.
Your order will remain for two weeks for collection, after which it will be returned to us. The above is an indication of PostNL, on which we cannot provide any guarantees on the basis of this information with regard to delivery.
Shipping Abroad
Due to the rules that the carrier sets for sending goods, it is unfortunately not possible to send abroad as a letterbox shipment. For this reason, we only ship abroad as a package.
Some examples of shipping costs abroad:
België via PostNL: € 11,50
Overige landen via DPD:
Duitsland, Denemarken, Italië, Frankrijk, Polen: € 15,00
Bosnië en Herzegovina, Estland, Finland, Kroatië, Letland, Litouwen, Noorwegen, Roemenië, Slowakije, Zweden: € 19,00

Returns
Is the product not quite what you expected from it? It is important to us that you are satisfied with the products you receive from us. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the products, please follow the following steps:
1. Report your return, this can be done by sending an email to info@vandijkenelectronics.nl in advance, with the following:
– The items that are returned
– The reason for return
– The order number of the original order
2. The purchase amount will be refunded a few days after receipt of the article.
Legally, the right of withdrawal applies to orders placed by private individuals. An ordered item may be revoked within the trial period of 14 days. This period starts from the moment the order is delivered. The costs for returning are for your own account. The initial shipping costs will be refunded by us if the entire order is returned.
Exceptions
Van Dijken Elektronica reserves the right to credit only part of the amount paid if it is suspected that the article has already been used, if the article has been damaged as a result of use or if the packaging has been opened carelessly or damaged.
Exclusions
Excluded from return are:
– Products that are tailor-made for you (e.g. cable measured and cut to size)
– Products ordered especially for you
Picking up in our shop
Picking up your order is no problem at all. This is possible every Friday afternoon. Other collection times are possible by appointment. Please contact us by e-mail for this.
